Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our Cancellation and date changing policy is very easy and soft.

We dont have all amount of money, just accept %20 deposit ands rest of the money can be paid on tour date. You can cancel your booking lasts 30 days. You can get all deposit back. If 30 days have passed since your tour date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

You can change your booking date in lasts 30days to your tour date. If the boat is avaliable for your changed date, you dont pay any charges for re-booking. If the boat is not avaliable for your date, we offer the others boats to you. If price was diffrent,you should pay the diffrence.
